I believe learning is lifelong, and with the right passion and perspective, even the most complex topics can become engaging and have lasting impact.


I design learning experiences that help people do their jobs better in complex, regulated, and technical environments.

With over 14 years of experience in learning and development, I’ve worked across federal agencies, enterprise organizations, and fast-moving business teams, partnering closely with subject matter experts, leadership, and stakeholders to turn complicated information into practical, performance-focused learning.
 

My approach is grounded in adult learning principles and real-world application. I focus on understanding the business or performance problem first, then designing learning solutions that emphasize decision-making, clarity, and usability rather than content overload. Whether I’m building compliance training, enablement programs, or technical onboarding, my goal is always the same: create learning that actually changes behavior.


This portfolio highlights selected examples of my work, framed as case studies. Each example shows not only the final product, but the design thinking, constraints, and instructional decisions behind it. I believe strong learning design is less about flashy interactions and more about solving the right problem in the right way.
